May 30, 2022 Dear Emmari Perez: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 28, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You request for Electronic Copy of my BIR Form 2316. In response to your request, and while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have a file/record of your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2021. However, you may directly request your BIR Form 2316 from your employer as they are the main source of this document and it is also mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
