Hi,

May I request for a copy of my last ITR Form 2316, I was an OFW and lost my job around March 2022 and have no work since. I am now required by current employer for an ITR Form 2316 for year 2022 but there are no income for me to report as I don't have any work or income for the past 9 months.

Kindly please advise and help.

We been calling your mobile number today, January 13, to apprised you that you can advise your present (would be employer) that a copy of your Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or BIR Form 2316 for the Taxable Year 2022 is not possible on your end because during the aforesaid year you are not employed and has no income.
