Hi! I would like to request the information on the following:

1) I am a fresh graduate student, Am I eligible to get a TIN ID?

2) Do I need to have a work before I can get a TIN ID? 

3) Can I get a TIN ID even if I don`t have a work for now?

In reply, if you already have a TIN Number duly issued by the concerned BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) then you are entitled to apply for a TIN ID at the RDO where you are registered.
