I would like to obtain a copy of the following documents related to the TAX collection of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations in Clark, Pampanga.
1.Revenue from gaming operations for the year 2017-2022 (subject to 5% gaming tax of gross gaming receipt or agreed predetermined minimum monthly revenue whichever is higher)
2. Revenue from non-gaming operations for the year 2017-2022 (subject to regular income tax and business tax)
3. Franchise Tax for the year 2017-2022

I refer to my letter of Feb 24, 2023 10:09:37 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, request for Tax Collection from POGO from the Year 2017-2022.
Please be informed that the information cited in your request (via FOI Portal) did not qualify in the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Chapter VII - Standard Procedure for eFOI Requests, Sections 21.2 and 21.3 (d), quoted as follows:
Section 21.2 The purpose of the request for information shall be SPECIFIC or Adequately and Sufficiently Described. General averments of the purpose such as "for information", "for research", "for legal purpose", or other similarly worded purposes shall not be considered to have met the requirements of specificity. Failure to specify the reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be a ground for denial of the eFOI request.
Section 21.3 (d) If the requesting party is a natural person who is a member employee, affiliated with or related to a juridical entity, company or organization, and the request is made not in behalf of such juridical entity, company or organization but arises from such membership, affiliation or relation, such other sufficient proof of authority or affiliation:
For example, for an employee or member, a copy of the company or organization I.D., or for students, a copy of the VALID SCHOOL I.D and WRITTEN INDORSEMENT OF THE SUPERVISING TEACHER/PROFESSOR/INSTRUCTOR.
