In reply, you may send your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 together with your scanned two (2) government issued I.D.s at rdo _54acss@bir.gov.ph. And request for the transfer of your TIN records to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of your residence.
