Hi! I would like to request my ITR (Income Tax Return) copy from March 14, 2014 to November 1, 2020. The purpose of getting this is for my daughter's scholarship requirement. Thank you so much for your kind cooperation.

You asked for INCOME TAX RETURN.

Response to Request

We called your contact information yesterday (June 1, 2022) and apprised you to  accomplish an Affidavit of Non-Filing of Income Tax Return with your Barangay Clearance and submit to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of your residence, for you to be able to secure a Certificate of Exemption for scholarship purpose.
