Hi! I would like to request a copy of my ITR as I cannot personally go to BIR due to health reasons.

You asked for Income Tax Return.

Response to your request
Please be informed that you cannot still request for ITR for the period 03/02/2020 - 09/26/2021 as this has yet to be filed next year. Maybe what you are requesting is your BIR Form No. 2316 (Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld).  This form should be issued by your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee if employment is terminated before the close of such calendar year, or on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
