Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 24, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

In reply, you may visit the Revenue District Offices (RDOs) to personally verify your information and bring two (2) Valid Government IDs to avail TIN Verification Slip with stamp.

Please be informed also, that you have to attach scanned copies of at least two (2) valid government issued I.D.s containing your photograph and signature.
