Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 25, 2022 07:19:32 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Request for a copy of ITR 2316 Year 2022.

Response to Request

We been calling your mobile number today August 26, 2022 but it was not successful, to apprised you that your request for a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your BIR form 2316 can’t be processed because BIR 2316 forms for the taxable year 2022 are only to be submitted  by your employer on February 28, 2023.

If you wish to have a CTC copy of your latest BIR form 2316 year 2021, please visit our the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered and fill-out FOI request form and present your identification card together with your request letter.

Also, this would require a certification fee of 100 pesos and 1 documentary stamp worth 30pesos for each copy that you can pay thru the Revenue Collection Officer of the district office.
