I am Dorothy Benito Barrinuevo from Santa Rosa, Laguna with TIN ID  # 428507748. I am sending this email to ask BIR if I may transfer my RDO code from 044 (BGC) to 057 ( Binan,Laguna) since my new employer that I will be working with is currently based in Sta.Rosa, Laguna. Please help. Thank you.
