Hi, I would like to verify my RDO. I emailed rdo_81css@bir.gov.ph many times to request of transfer/change of my RDO but I received no response from them.

TIN #: 297-415-385

Please help verify if my RDO is in 090 - Maasin City already.

Response to your request

After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the following reasons:

The request falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.); and

TIN and Other Relevant Personal Information is considered a piece of Sensitive Personal Information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012, as such, it is not advisable to be uploaded in the FOI Portal because this is a public website.

TIN Inquiry and/or Validation are now available through Chatbot-Revie which can be accessed thru the BIR Website https://www.bir.gov.ph.
