You asked for Zonal Value of Land in Batangas City.

Response to Request

Dear Mr. Herrera:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated December 1, 2021 regarding your request for the zonal value of land in Batangas City or if possible the zonal map of Batangas City.  

	You can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the down button and click the See Zonal Values tab and perform the following procedures: 

1. Select the RDO where the property is located (Click RDO No. 58 – Batangas City, West Batangas); 
2. Download the “Zip Excel File” upon checking the file, it will display several sheets; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ tab as it will serve as guide on what sheet has the applicable zonal  
    Value; 	
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value (Click sheet No. 6 for present zonal values); and 
5. View the municipality and barangay of your property.
