I am a sole business proprietor under BIR RDO 54B Kawit West Cavite and is requesting their good office for a certified true copy of my annual Income Tax Return for the year 2022. The document will be used for for credit card & tourist visa applications.

1701A was filed via ebirforms and was also paid via gcash last Jan 9, 2023.

Your Request

You asked for Certified True Ccopy (CTC) of Annual Income Tax Return (ITR) 2022.

Response to Request

We been calling your mobile number today, January 13, to apprise you that you 
If you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) for the year 2022, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of Business, kindly bring the original return and a photocopy of your Income Tax Return (ITR).

You may proceed with RDO No. 54B located at Ground Floor Local Mall, Centennial Road, Magdalo Patol, Kawit, Cavite and look for Ms. Lodiminda Rom.

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
