Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 06, 2022 08:49:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Certificate of Non-Filer of ITR.

Response to Request

We called your contact information today (June 7, 2022) and apprised you to  accomplish an Affidavit of Non-Filing of Income Tax Return with your Barangay Clearance and submit to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of your residence, for you to be able to secure a Certificate of Exemption for scholarship purpose.
