Hi I would like to request information:

1. Are raffle or lottery winnings overseas taxable if I’m an OFW
2. Are they taxable if I send sent the winnings to my personal bank account in the Philippines

You asked for OFW winning lottery.

Response to your request

In reply, please be informed that Filipino citizens are taxable on income derived from within and without the Philippines. So yes taxable po sa Philippine yan, 

ang exempt lang po ay sweldo (salary) ninyo as OFW, but not on other income.
