Hi,

Good day!

My name is Jessica Anne Gutierrez with TIN 216-919-783 and my RDO code is 126 as indicated in my 2316. I need to have my RDO change to Parañaque which currently my present address. What is the process? Do I have to physically go to Branch or is possible to email the 1905 form.
