You asked for BIR Zonal Valuation for Irrigated Rice Land in Barangay Culianin, Plaridel, Bulacan.

Dear Mr. Ignacio:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated March 18, 2022, regarding your request for the zonal value of irrigated rice land in Barangay Culianin, Plaridel, Bulacan. 

Upon verification, the Zonal Value for your property in Barangay Culianin, Plaridel, Bulacan for irrigated rice land (A1) is P1,200.00 along Gen. Alejo National Road and for Interior irrigated rice land P1,100.00 (please see attached schedule of zonal values).  

Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located;
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value; and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and 
    barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.

Your right to request a review
