Hi! My employer sent me a link to apply for the 1902 registration. However, after submitting I can see an alert message " ORUS is unable to generate your TIN as of the moment. Please go to your Profile Page and click  in the transaction history to resubmit the application or contact the BIR Customer Assistance Division (CAD) at (02) 8538 - 3200 for inquiries and concerns." Resubmitting the application does not work.
