Dear Ms. Tabuzo,

I refer to my letter of Feb 12, 2022 11:47:06 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form 2316.

In order for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned office, I would just like to like to know if this Form has already been filed by you or by your employer as I am wondering why you still need to ask for a copy since this has been supposed to be issued to you by your employer, hence, you should have a copy. We would like to suggest just directly requesting said form to your employer as it is also mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 06, 2022 10:14:40 PM, your request will be closed.
