Requesting for my Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld or BIR Form 2316 (year 2021) as part of my pre-employment requirements to ensure that taxable income and tax withheld for the current year is accurately calculated.

You asked for Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld or BIR Form 2316 (year 2021).

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may request this form from your employer as it is mandated.  by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
