Response to your request
We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

In this regard, to personally verify your TIN, we highly advise you to call our Customer Assistance Division (CAD) at telephone numbers: (02)85383200, Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, except holidays. We would also like to suggest that if you know where you filed your 2316 and 1905, you may directly request it to the concerned RDO, bring the duplicate/xerox copy with you for they may also need to validate and determine if you are the rightful owner of the documents requested as these are sensitive information and are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Sec 270 of the NIRC.
