Based on the screenshot provided by my first employer, they registered me through eReg as Local Employee under RDO 126.

My full name is Menchie Santos Villarin.
Date of Birth is 12/20/1996.

Can you please confirm what RDO code am I registered so I can submit the form S1905 and update my email address and create an account in BIR ORUS website.

In reply, you can now retrieve your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Revenue District Office (RDO) Code through Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module. Revie can be accessed on the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph.

You may also visit the nearest Revenue District Office (RDO) in your area to personally verify your information and bring two (2) Valid Government IDs to avail TIN Verification Slip with stamp.
