Hi I would like to request for a complete set/copy of the of BIR Revenue Regulation No. 13-99 and 14-00 since the copy in BIR website is only a digest copy.

The requested document is needed for my filing/request for BIR for exemption of Capital Gains Tax for my principal dwelling sold (with proceeds used for purchase of new principal dwelling)
