Hi, is there a way that to verify if a newly hired employee is already registered as job order with BIR. There is no employee-employer relationship per contract issued. 

1901 cant be presented and the employee claims BIR staff advised him that hes already registered as JO and pay the 0605 annual registration fee instead, however no document can be presented for verification purposes. 

Also, iba iba po ang sinasabi ng BIR RDO 059 staff and napakatagal po ng transaction per person. Medyo mabagal daw po ang system nila. 

Kindly advise.
