In reply, your Tin Record is registered under RDO 45-Marikina. If you wish to transfer your TIN record you may send via email your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and scanned copies of at least two (2) government issued I.Ds at rdo_45css@bir.gov.ph. And request for the transfer of your TIN Record to the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your residence address.
