Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 05, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request
You asked for an Income tax return.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your ITR  for 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15 this year, hence your request is denied.

On the other hand, the documentary requirements needed for the Processing of Application for Certificate of Exemption for Scholarship and Job/Livelihood Programs can be viewed here:
