NERIAS 03:34 PM, Mar 30, 2022

Hi I would like to request for a copy of my ITR 1701 / 1701Q

March 30, 2022

Dear Mr. Nerias,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 30, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request
You asked for ITR 1701 / 1701Q.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your ITR for CY 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15 this year.

However, in case you have already filed it, we would like to suggest that you may directly request it to the concerned RDO. Please bring with you the Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR was filed online).

Also, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

For your information and guidance.

Respectfully,

Ana Marie Du
FOI Officer
