Hi Sir/Maam,

I would like to request for a copy of the Updated Collection Manual of the BIR under Annex “A” of BIR Revenue Memorandum Order No. 28-2012 in order to better understand the collection proceedings instituted by the BIR. 

Currently, I am unable to find any copy thereof in the website of the BIR. I would appreciate if you can share a copy thereof.
