Good evening I am  revenue officer of BIR I would like to request for a copy of this for reference on my case  and to my regret I have lost my copy of this OM.

I refer to my letter of Dec 26, 2022 10:01:08 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Operations Memorandum (OM) 2018-05-03.
