Hello. May I please request a copy of my ITR for FY 2019? I have lost mine and my employer couldn't provide me with a copy as well since as they have archived the records already. 

At the very least, can I get a statement from your office indicating that I paid tax for the years 2019 indicating the name of my employer?

I appreciate your assistance on this matter.

I refer to my letter of Oct 19, 2021 02:14:02 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return (2316).

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us your contact number, two government-issued IDs  and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.: as these contain sensitive information:
-             What ITR did you file for the year 2019? Was it 1700 or 1701? 
-	May we know where you filed your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-	Your TIN (if self-employed)
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Furthermore, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 12, 2022 04:13:53 AM, your request will be closed.
