You asked for Zonal Value for Burgos, Mulanay, Quezon.

Response to Request

Dear Mr. De Dote:	
		
This is with reference to your email message dated August 30, 2023, regarding your request for the zonal value of property in Barangay Burgos, Mulanay, Quezon and queries about interior lots.

Attached herewith is the schedule of zonal values for Barangay Burgos, Mulanay, Quezon, for your reference. For your queries about interior lots please communicate to the Revenue District Office where your property is located.

Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located;
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value; and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <apmd_ecar@bir.gov.ph>. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
