Castro 04:17 PM, Dec 05, 2023

Hi,

I am planning to avail a housing via pagibig and the developer's representative told me that is one of my requirement is to provide a certified true copy of my ITR 2316 with doc stamp. May I know what is the process of this?

I already went to my RDO and was told that they are not certifying any 2316 since I am locally employed (substitute filling).

I have a copy of my 2316 and the transimittal record of my employer which proves that they filled my taxes.
