Hi BIR,

May I please request my copies:

1. BIR 2316 copies for Kyle Ohagan for 2015, 2016 and 2017
2. It should be scanned coloured copy
3. Please send to me on kyle.ohagan@yahoo.com You can use this to contact me privately.

Purpose: I am currently in Australia and I need tax documents (2316)  as these are requirements for me for applying Permanent Residency Visa here.

I refer to my letter of Jun 25, 2021, 12:00:08 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR 2316.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.  In particular, it would be helpful to know your employer’s TIN, business name & address from 2015-2017 and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sept 17, 2021, 04:42:15 AM, your request will be closed.
