Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 23, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a Transfer of Revenue District Office (RDO).

In response to your request, please proceed to RDO No. 46-Cainta/Taytay located at 2nd Floor, Transnational Property Inc. (TPI) Cainta Bldg. KM 17, Ortigas Avenue Extension, Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Cainta Rizal and submit your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and attach your government I.Ds for verification purpose and for them to have your TIN record transferred with the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your residence.
