Good day, I would like to request for my father's 1701A file. He has an open case for the year 2020, but this is not the case since we have the email confirmation and payment receipt for the said year filing. The RDO insisted that we submit the 1701A file but we don't have it anymore. My father is just a minimum wage earner as a contractual worker  under Davao CENRO, so it it really sad that he has an amount due of almost 11,000 pesos.

The filename on the email confirmation is:
