Hi! I am Leni kei Brillo from Baao Camarines Sur with TIN no. 436-759-095. I am sending this email to ask BIR if I may transfer my RDO code from 126 ( Pili Camarines Sur) to 065  (Naga City Camarines Sur) since my new employer that I will be working with is currently based in Naga City.

Response to Request

In reply, we called you today May 25 at 1:45pm to verify additional information and apprised you of your request. Please be informed that upon verification, your Tax Identification Number (TIN) is currently registered at RDO 66 - Iriga City, Camarines Sur and not with RDO 126.

You are advised to bring your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 together with your scanned two (2) government issued I.D.s, and request for the transfer of your TIN records from Revenue District Office (RDO) 066 - Iriga City, Camarines Sur to the Revenue District Office (RDO) 065 - Naga City, Camarines Sur,  having jurisdiction over the place of your residence and not with your new company address.
