You asked for BIR Zonal Value for Iloilo City.

Response to Request

Dear Ms. Santillan:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated September 22, 2021, regarding your request for the zonal valuation of the following:

 a. Iloilo City (as a whole – if there is a consolidated file) or 
 b. Tigum-Bario Rd. in Iloilo City.  

	Please be informed that you can view and access the zonal valuation of the whole Iloilo City and even zonal values of properties nationwide thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph , click the arrow down button and choose the See Zonal Values tab and perform the following procedures: 

1. Select the RDO where the property is located; (Click RDO No. 74 – Iloilo City)
2. Download the “Zip Excel File” upon checking the file, it will display several sheets; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ tab as it will serve as guide on what sheet has the applicable zonal  
    Value; (Here you will see the effectivity dates from previous to present values)	
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value; and 
5. View the municipality and barangay of your property.
