Dear Ms. Arellano:

I refer to my letter of Jun 13, 2023 03:19:14 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Latest Income Tax Return (BIR Form No. 2316).

We called your mobile number today and yesterday, June 13 and 14 and apprised you that you are registered as Job Order/Professional under Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 02-Vigan, Ilocos Sur. 

Please take note that the filing of Annual ITR is your personal obligation, you are likewise have to file your Annual ITR (kindly check your Certificate of Registration) through Offline Electronic BIR Forms Package (downloadable at the BIR website, www.bir.gov.ph), attach and consolidate your 2316 received from your employers (if applicable) within the same taxable year.

For assistance, you may visit RDO 02-Vigan, Ilocos Sur located at BIR Bldg., Quirino Blvd, Zone 5, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sep 06, 2023 01:07:18 AM, your request will be closed.
