February 18, 2022 Dear Mr. Araja Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 18, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Income Tax Return. Good day! Kindly resubmit your request as I have noticed that you were not able to comply with the basic requirements for your eFOI request to be processed. Please attach your two valid IDs and provide your contact details/information for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned office. However, we would also like to suggest that if you know where you filed your ITR, you may directly request it to the concerned RDO, bring the duplicate/xerox copy with you for they may also need to validate and determine if you are the rightful owner of the documents requested as these are sensitive information and are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Sec 270 of the NIRC. For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.
