Hi! I would like to request a copy of my ITR 1701 for the year 2020, the copy that was issued to me was lost and it is an important document for the conversion of my business entity from Sole Proprietorship to Corporation.

I filed my ITR at RDO-045.

Dear Mr. Apelar,

I refer to my letter of Oct 12, 2021, 06:46:08 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR ITR 1701.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us with the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph as these are sensitive information.
-	Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 04, 2022, 11:22:28 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
