May I request a copy of my 
Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) for the year 2020 with attached BIR Form No. 2316 stamped received by the BIR, for the purpose of housing loan acquisition.

Dear Mr. AJERO,

I refer to my letter of Jul 16, 2021, 06:20:23 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for the Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR Form 2316.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us the following details:
-	Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-	Please indicate your employer’s TIN, business name & address
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 
Also, kindly provide us two government-issued IDs and your selfie picture, as proof of your identity and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.

Furthermore, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct. 08, 2021, 12:08:03 PM, your request will be closed.
