Good day! I would like to request for an Income tax return because I need to get my tax exemption certificate for my Daughters scholarship application at LPU and ITR is one of the requirements for tax exemption certificate. Thank you.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your ITR  for 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15, this year.

On the other hand, the documentary requirements needed for the Processing of Application for Certificate of Exemption for Scholarship and Job/Livelihood Programs can be viewed here:
