I refer to my letter of Sep 28, 2022 12:07:08 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or BIR Form 2316 for 2018-2019.
If you are referring with your BIR Form 2316, Kindly provide us the following data in order for us to evaluate your requested information:
1. Your Tax Identification Number (TIN);
2. Name of your Employer/s (For Calendar Years 2018 and 2019);
3. TIN of your Employer/s;
4. Address of your Employer/s.
Kindly email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph as this contains sensitive information and indicate in the email subject tracking number #BIR-782502001848, to respond.
As to your other request for ITR and/or BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2017, please be informed that records of the district office on those periods are already unavailable since the Bureau follow strictly the five (5) -year retention period based on existing revenue issuances of the BIR.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Dec 21, 2022 07:03:41 AM, your request will be closed.
