Thank you for your request dated Feb 05, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Response to your request

In reply, please be informed that you are  supposed to file your own Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) since you are registered in the BIR as a Professional, you are likewise have to file your Annual ITR using BIR Form 1701 or BIR Form 1701A through eBIR Forms (Apps downloadable at the BIR website, www.bir.gov.ph) on or before April 17, 2023.
