Thank you for your request dated Aug 30, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Latest BIR Form 2303 of the bureau of fire protection (BFP).

Response to your request

The requested Certificate of Registration (BIR Form No. 2303) is covered by the "unlawful divulgence" rule under Section 270 of the Tax Code and also under the Data Privacy Law.

You can request it directly to the concerned office/agency. Or through the Revenue District Office (RDO) where they are registered provided, the following documents should also be submitted:

i.	If request is through a representative, the written 
        authorization of the requesting party and 2 valid 
        government IDs of the representative.
ii.	If the requesting party is a juridical entity, original or 
        certified true copy of any written document (i.e. 
        secretary’s certificate) authorizing the representative 
        to act in behalf of such juridical entity.
iii.	If the request arises from the requesting party’s 
        membership, affiliation or relation in a juridical entity, 
        company or organization, the proof of authority or 
        affiliation of said requesting party.
iv.	If the requesting party is a minor, his guardian or any 
        competent supervising adult shall comply with the 
        requirements of the representative.
