I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally request a copy of my BIR Form 2316 for the purpose of fulfilling an employment requirement with my new employer.

I was previously employed with Golden Arches Development Corporation from August 1, 2019. While my employment duration was expected to end around September 2020. Below are the relevant details of my previous employment:
