Dear Mr. Ferrer:

I refer to my letter of Oct 10, 2023 10:10:51 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certificate of non submission of income tax.

We called your mobile number today, October 12, 2023 to validate your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful.

Kindly clarify or give us details what do you mean by non-submission of Income Tax Return which will be use for your job requirement?
