Hello, I would like to request certified true copies of my ITR from 2018-2021 as this is required for verification of authenticity of the documents.

Please let me know if there are additional documents needed.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 29, 2022 11:58:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Certified True Copy of Income Tax Return (ITR).

Response to Request

Per our phone conversation today, November 3, you were apprised that if you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your Income Tax Return (BIR Form 1701) for the years 2018 to 2021, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 66-Iriga City, kindly bring the original return, photocopy of your ITR nd proof of payment (if applicable).

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
