This is in reply to your email message dated March 10, 2022, regarding your request for the zonal value in Barangay Calicanto, San Juan, Batangas. 

Attached herewith is the zonal values of lots in Barangay Calicanto, San Juan, Batangas.

	Please be informed that you can view and access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph , click the arrow down button and choose the See Zonal Values tab and perform the following procedures: 

1.	Select the RDO where the property is located; (Click RDO No. 59 – Lipa City, East Batangas)
2. Download the “Zip Excel File” upon clicking the file, it will display several sheets; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on what sheet has the applicable zonal Value; 	
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value; (Click Sheet 7 for the current zonal values of RDO No. 59) and 
5. View the municipality and barangay of your property.
