Good day!

I would like to request a copy of my BIR 2316 for the whole year of 2022. My previous employer wasn't able to provide me one because the company has already been closed since February 16, 2023. I also think that my previous employer (Allied Medical and Molecular Laboratory) was not able to transfer my RDO because I verified that my RDO was still at 031 (Chinese General Hospital - my employer before Allied Medical).

I was also able to submit Form 1905 to transfer my RDO 031 to RDO 032. I will be working from home now with new employer (PPD Philippines). Thank you!
